Job Summary:
In this Refrigeration Systems Engineer role, you will work closely with the project team to boldly tackle the industry's cutting-edge challenges. You will utilize advanced simulation software and state-of-the-art testing equipment to design and validate refrigeration systems, while keeping a close eye on competitors and technological trends to continuously enhance customer value.
We are looking for candidates with relevant HVAC (Heating and Air Conditioning) theory and experience, as well as knowledge of unit control and fluid dynamics, to efficiently advance technical work. If you are passionate about innovation in air conditioning technology and can work effectively in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Follow the company's product development process, utilizing advanced simulation software and testing equipment to ensure optimal system performance, and deliver validated, high-quality refrigeration system designs and air conditioning products.
• Select or design key components for new product development projects of Air conditioning/Heat pump (centrifugal, screw, etc.).
• Develop a test plan for parts & prototypes testing, qualification, and evaluate the test results.
• Provide technical documentation for new product launches.
• Diligently monitor industry technology development trends.
• Optimize system performance and cost through continuous improvement and perpetual innovation.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, heat Transfer, or related fields. Bachelor is acceptable if candidates show excellent capability.
• 3 years HVAC&R related engineering experience on new product and technology development, and water-cooled centrifugal/screw chiller design experience preferred. Possesses required experience in refrigeration system design, optimization, and validation.
• Knowledge of residential or commercial HVAC system applications and familiarity with UL and GB standards preferred.
• Good communication skills (written, oral) in both Chinese and English.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with other departments.
• Being curious to new technologies and willing to continuously learn
