Job Description
Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Executive - HR to join our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker, with a passion for people and a strong understanding of HR practices.
As an Executive - HR, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that drive our organization's success. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, as well as creating a culture of engagement and high performance.
### Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and values.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR support.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing HR insights and recommendations.
### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and labor relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
