The Lead Executive HR is a pivotal role within Digitide Solutions Limited's Talent Acquisition | Recruiting department. This position entails overseeing and executing the company's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a robust pipeline of top talent to drive business growth. The successful candidate will lead a team of recruiters, setting strategic direction, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
### Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Digitide Solutions' business goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to ensure a high-performing recruitment function.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Implement innovative recruitment techniques and technologies to enhance the candidate experience and streamline the recruitment process.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recruitment decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
