Job Description
Ficode is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications using the MEAN Stack. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, guiding a team of engineers while owning architecture decisions, code quality, and delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ship scalable, secure, high-performance products.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development with the MEAN Stack

- Experience with code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and deployment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
