Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise-grade Java Full Stack applications
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and technical best practices
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams
• Collaborate with UI, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Perform code reviews and ensure high code quality
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
• Mentor development teams and drive successful project delivery

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Must have started career as a Java Developer
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA
• Hands-on experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise application development
• Experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies preferred
• Strong understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong expertise in System Design, Design Patterns, and Application Architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
