Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results. **What You’ll Do** We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and growth-minded FP&A Manager to serve as a critical finance partner to our Product and Engineering organizations. In this role, you won’t just be managing numbers—you will be a foundational builder of our financial infrastructure during a period of rapid hyper-growth. As a key member of the FP&A team, you will bridge the gap between financial strategy and execution. You will own the budgeting and forecasting lifecycles for our technical teams, lead headcount planning, and help spearhead the rollout of our next-generation planning tools and AI-driven workflows. This is a high-impact position perfect for a proactive finance professional who loves transforming complex data into strategic decisions, building scalable processes from scratch, and collaborating with cross-functional leadership to drive efficiency and scale. In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position: - **Base salary range: $149,850 - $185,000 annually**.
