Interactive Advertising Bureau is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to help build the next generation of internal business applications that power our organization. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on creating tools that improve how our teams work—from Salesforce-connected applications and operational dashboards to AI-enabled solutions that automate workflows and deliver business insights. Our Business Platforms team sits at the intersection of technology and operations. You'll work with modern technologies including React, Python, Microsoft Azure, and AI-assisted development tools to deliver solutions that have an immediate impact across the organization. You'll report to the Director, Platform Solutions, working under their architectural guidance while partnering closely with Salesforce Administrators, the Platform Engineer, and business stakeholders to build applications that support the organization's business platforms.
