### About Namou Properties Namou Properties is a growing real estate company focused on improving operational efficiency and building data-driven systems to support business growth. ### About the Role We are looking for a remote Full Stack Developer to join the team building our internal ERP platform. You will design and implement secure, well-structured backend services and build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces. You will work closely with the product team to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable features. ### Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain secure and performant backend services and RESTful APIs - Develop responsive, accessible frontend interfaces that work well across devices and browsers - Design database schemas and write efficient, optimized SQL queries - Implement and maintain authentication and authorization flows, including role-based access control (RBAC) - Debug issues down to their root cause and deliver clean, maintainable, well-documented code - Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback - Write and maintain basic tests to ensure code reliability - Collaborate closely with the product team to clarify, refine, and deliver on business requirements - Work within sprint cycles, estimating tasks and adapting to shifting priorities - 1–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript - Hands-on experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Fastify, Express, or NestJS - Solid understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, security, and performance - Proficiency in React and frontend fundamentals: HTML, CSS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility - Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, schema design, writing efficient queries, and query optimization - Familiarity with authentication concepts (JWT, session management) and RBAC - Familiarity with real-time communication (WebSockets / Socket.io) - Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Proficiency with Git and version control workflows - Basic testing skills (unit and/or integration testing) - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root-cause analysis - Good communication skills and a collaborative, product-minded approach Nice to Have - Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business systems - Experience integrating with third-party systems (webhooks, external APIs) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or deployment processes Why Join Namou Properties - Be part of a growing real estate company focused on innovation and investment opportunities - Competitive compensation package - Performance-based incentives - Opportunity to design and implement systems that directly impact business operations
