About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who embraces an AI-first development approach and leverages modern AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-assisted development platforms to accelerate design, coding, testing, and problem-solving. You will work across the entire technology stack, building scalable backend services and intuitive user interfaces while taking ownership of features from concept to production. Requirements Education - B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Technical Skills - 3+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for software planning, design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting. - Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. - Solid experience with React, Hooks, state management, and modern frontend ecosystems. - Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs. - Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. - Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. - Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems. - Experience developing cloud-native SaaS applications. - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices is an advantage. - Experience with Azure Kubernetes is a plus. Soft Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. - Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving skills. - Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and reverse-engineer complex systems. - Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality software. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
