Key Responsibilities: - Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS. - Performance Optimization: Drive discussions and implement solutions to improve application speed and efficiency, both on the front-end and back-end. - DevOps & CI/CD: Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance and streamline continuous integration and deployment workflows. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing. - Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices. - Self-Motivation & Ownership: Take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
