• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning

• Own employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Manage HR operations and statutory compliance

• Maintain HR MIS and analytics reporting

Requirements

• 10-12 years of progressive HR management experience
• NBFC industry experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR operations
• Proven experience in policy formulation and employee relations
