We deliver end to end Guidewire suite implementations, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results. And we’re looking for a leader to take our team to the next level, as we help to resolve complex business issues from strategy to execution within our vast community of solvers. As a Sr Dev or Lead in Guidewire, you’ll work with and provide guidance and leadership to a team of developers that will help clients harness technology to achieve key business objectives. In our Guidewire team, you’re core skill set will include, but not limited to: - Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background. - Good understanding and experience in software architecture, design patterns and software development best practices. - Identifying, defining and leading continuous improvement activities to increase the quality and velocity of solution and ways of working. - Experience on Guidewire Cloud, PolicyCenter (Cloud platform preferred). BillingCenter and ClaimCenter considered. - Experience in Guidewire and related toolsets e.g. APD, Guidewire Testing Framework, Integration Gateway, Guidewire Studio, Guidewire Cloud Console, Git/Bucket, etc. - Experience on any database Oracle / SQL Server / Postgres and well versed in SQL. - Experience with integration to other platforms such as Document Management, Finance, Digital, etc. - Strong business and technical communication (oral and written) skills. - Proven technical and people leadership skills and ability to leading development teams including work allocation, technical designs, code reviews, code merge activities, etc. - Ability to work with and influence wider technology teams, including other developer leads, project managers, Business Analyst Leads, etc. - Working with client business SMEs to understand the requirements and translate them into viable solutions. - Maintaining and fix issues in across environments (dev, QA, UAT and Prod) and involvement in unit testing and documentation.
