Job Description

HR Generalist We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for overseeing various human resources functions, ensuring a balanced and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be adept in administering HR policies, driving employee engagement, and supporting the broader HR initiatives of our organization. \\Key Responsibilities:\\ - Administer day-to-day HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and retention strategies. - Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. - Manage employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. - Facilitate performance management processes, partnering with managers to conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff. - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and referring complex issues to senior HR leadership as necessary. - Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Assist in maintaining a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and initiatives that promote inclusion and diversity. - Support the payroll and benefits administration process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure the organization remains compliant. \\Qualifications:\\ - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role. - Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency with HR software and tools, such as HRIS. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. \\Benefits:\\ - Competitive salary. - Health, dental, and vision insurance plans. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - Paid time off. - Inclusive and collaborative work environment.
