Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries and relations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and college policies
• Administer benefits orientation and handle benefits-related inquiries
• Maintain employee records and collaborate with payroll processing
• Identify and implement HR process improvements and strategic programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• Business Administration
• or related field
