What You Will Do As an HR Generalist you will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned client accounts by providing strategic and day-to-day HR support. Responsibilities include: - Advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and compliance matters - Conducting workplace investigations and preparing documentation and recommendations - Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives - Developing HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and SOPs - Conducting HR audits and helping clients maintain compliance with employment laws - Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness - Supporting organizational growth, coaching initiatives, and process improvements - Traveling locally to client sites 2–4 days per week (no overnight travel required) to support onsite collaboration, meetings, and project execution.
