## Overview

As the HR Manager for Turkey, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a future defined by excellence. Based in Turkey, this role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO of Gallagher Turkey and the HR Director for GGB Europe, to deliver impactful HR initiatives tailored to the needs of the Turkish team.
## How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll lead the full spectrum of HR functions, combining strategic oversight with operational excellence. You’ll:
- Shape Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives that embed Gallagher’s values and strengthen employee engagement, fostering a unified "One Gallagher" culture.
- Lead Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies and employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
- Enhance Leadership Development: Partner with executives to deliver leadership programmes that build capability and resilience.
- Support Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide guidance on people assessment and integration during organisational growth.
- Design Compensation and Rewards: Create competitive compensation structures and recognition systems to motivate and retain employees.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to Turkish labour laws and Gallagher’s global HR policies.
You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, coaching leaders to foster an inclusive, high-performance environment.
## About you
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (a master’s degree is preferred).
- Fluency in both Turkish and English.
- Proven experience in HR leadership, ideally within multinational or matrix organisations.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and compensation strategies.
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A deep understanding of Turkish labour laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to navigate complexity and change.
