- Manage and track new hires through the new hire and onboarding process.
- Process background and reference checks for new hires.
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy into Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Assist with developing and delivering various training modules as well as create reference materials for supervisors.
- Organize and maintain employee personnel files and records.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new hires as well as hiring managers to facilitate a smooth hiring process.
- Identify process improvements and assist with the development and implementation of refinements to key work processes.
- Escalate issues and recommend possible solutions to management and senior members of the Human Resources team for resolution.
- Participate and support Human Resources and Leadership Development Team initiatives to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide outstanding and timely customer service, internally and externally, by responding to Human Resources Operations related inquiries via email, phone or workflow/business processes.
- Direct internal customers to Human Resources Operations resources, including training and reference materials and self-service tools.
- Develop strong relationships and collaborate with other sub-teams and team members within the Human Resources Department (Payroll, HRIS, Employee Benefits, Employee Relations, and Leadership & Development).
- Responsible for completing bi-weekly payroll adjustments.
- Log data in tracking system/database as required. Monitors workflow and enters/reviews/approves HR transactions, including but not limited to: new hires and personnel changes such as position and wage changes,separations, and promotions.
- Run various Human Resources Operations-related reports on a regular basis.
- Act as an expert resource regarding Human Resources policies and procedures. Provide appropriate support and timely follow up.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other related field of study preferred.
- Human Resources work experience preferred.
- Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal communication, writing, and organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft and Google Office Suites and HRIS systems).
