Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our growing team for a US Telecom Process. This is a night shift, work-from-office role based in Noida or Pune (Hinjewadi), supporting inbound customer queries for US telecom customers in a dynamic and fast-paced international BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer support calls for US telecom customers
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced international BPO environment
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (High School)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Inbound Voice Process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
