Job Description

Idea Fueled is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base through online bidding platforms and proposal writing, supporting our digital agency's sales pipeline and helping us build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid for projects on freelance platforms such as Upwork
Draft and send tailored business proposals to prospective clients
Manage and nurture leads using HubSpot CRM
Coordinate with the design and development team on Shopify-related client requirements
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients

Requirements

1+ years of experience in business development or online bidding
Hands-on experience with Upwork and other freelance bidding platforms
Familiarity with Shopify and HubSpot
Strong proposal writing and communication skills
Willing to work from office, 5 days a week
