Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
• Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR documentation
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
