Job Description
Innomax IT Solutions is looking for passionate AI Developer Trainees to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is a hands-on, full-time on-site role designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals eager to build a career in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and Product Development. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real-world client projects, gaining practical exposure to AI-powered applications, automation solutions, chatbots, and modern software products. Key Responsibilities
- Build and contribute to AI-powered applications and automation solutions
- Develop and deploy chatbots and AI agents for real-world client use cases
- Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering techniques
- Develop web and mobile applications using Python, Java, and JavaScript
- Integrate and consume APIs in product development workflows
- Collaborate with senior engineers on end-to-end client projects
- Learn and apply AI & Machine Learning fundamentals in production environments
- Participate in team code reviews, stand-ups, and product planning sessions
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with B.Tech / B.E. in CS, IT, AI & ML, Data Science, ECE, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn cutting-edge AI tools
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Portfolio, GitHub profile, or personal projects demonstrating initiative are a plus
