Let’s build what’s next, together. ## About the Role As an Intermediate Developer, you'll design, build, and maintain scalable software features as part of a collaborative product-engineering team. You'll work closely with senior developers, product managers, and designers, contributing across the full development lifecycle from design through deployment. This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to keep sharpening their craft, take ownership of real features, and grow alongside a team that moves fast and builds things that matter. ## Key Responsibilities Software Development (70%) - Design, build, and implement application features based on product specifications and technical design - Maintain and improve our existing codebase through refactoring, bug fixes, and technical debt reduction - Write unit, integration, and automated tests, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability across development and staging environments - Review peer code, provide thoughtful feedback, and help the team adopt best practices for maintainability and quality Teamwork & Collaboration (30%) - Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions - Partner with product managers on requirements, prioritization, and trade-offs - Coordinate with front-end, back-end, and DevOps developers on delivery - Work with designers on UX/UI alignment and design hand-offs ## Key Qualifications - Demonstrated working experience in software development, focused on delivering high-quality software - Have delivered at least one feature end-to-end in collaboration with other developers - Strong understanding of relational databases and how they're used in software development - Comfortable working with .NET - Basic understanding of REST APIs and their role in web development - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders ## Bonus - Experience delivering SaaS software in an agile environment - Experience collaborating with product managers to define and clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery - Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs - Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting code on Azure in a professional or enterprise environment - Understanding of authentication and authorization best practices for RESTful services - Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular If you meet most, but not all, of the qualifications listed above, we still encourage you to apply.
