Key Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from Florida high school and college students related to scholarships and grants
• Assist customers in a calm and professional manner, including when handling upset or frustrated individuals
• Maintain accurate records and utilize computer systems to manage customer interactions
• Communicate effectively and clearly with students and stakeholders

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Ability to remain calm and professional when assisting upset customers
• Customer support experience preferred
• Must pass a Level 2 Background Screening including fingerprinting and criminal history checks
