Job Description

TechErudite is a fast-growing IT company based in Ahmedabad, delivering high-performing mobile app development, web app development, and digital solutions globally. We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Representative who treats problem-solving as a superpower. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests efficiently and empathetically
  • Provide timely resolutions to customer issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution
  • Identify recurring issues and relay feedback to the product and technical teams

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles
