Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow and Conversational Agents on GCP
• Develop generative AI capabilities including AI agents, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering workflows
• Write and maintain Python and JavaScript code for AI and automation solutions
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Manage source control and collaborative development using Git, GitHub, and GitLab
• Build and maintain analytics and reporting dashboards using Looker and LookML
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with hands-on GCP AI engineering experience
• Strong experience with Dialogflow and Conversational Agents
• Experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, and Prompt Engineering
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Proficient with Git, GitHub, and GitLab version control
• Experience with Looker and LookML for analytics and reporting
• GCP Certification preferred
• Must be local to the Albany, New York area
• Open to candidates on any work visa except Green Card holders
