Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and offboarding
• Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations
• Support recruitment and selection processes for various departments
• Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and HR documentation
• Assist in payroll processing and coordination with the finance team
• Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations
• Hands-on knowledge of statutory compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR documentation and record management
