1.承担基础财务控制工作：预算执行跟踪、差异整理上报，部门支出核对、协助完成费用管控与内部财务核查。 Conduct routine financial internal control activities: monitor budget execution, compile and report budget variances, review departmental expenses, and support cost management and internal financial audits. 2. 负责员工报销、各类付款单据的初步财务审核，核查发票真伪、票据合规、金额准确、审批流程完整，把控费用支出风险。 Conduct pre-review on employee expense reimbursements and all payment vouchers: validate invoice authenticity, bill compliance, numerical accuracy and full completion of approval workflows to mitigate expense risks. 3. 整理财务基础数据，编制资金收支报表、费用统计表等内部管理报表，协助会计完成月度账务、税务资料、年审资料准备。 Collate core financial data, prepare internal management reports including fund receipt and disbursement statements and expense analysis schedules, and support accounting staff with month-end closing, tax documentation and annual audit file preparation. 4.严格执行公司财务内控制度，规范财务资料归档，严守财务保密制度，完成上级交办的其他财务相关工作。 Enforce the company’s internal financial control framework, standardize financial document archiving, comply with financial confidentiality protocols, and complete ad-hoc financial tasks assigned by supervisors. 5.阶段性负责公司出纳工作，包含但不限于日常资金收付、银行转账、网银操作、回款核对，严格按照审批流程执行付款，保障公司资金安全合规。 Rotate through cashier duties as required, including but not limited to daily cash receipts & disbursements, bank transfers, online banking administration and receipt reconciliation. Execute all disbursements in accordance with formal approval workflows to safeguard corporate fund security and full regulatory compliance. 6. 遵守 JE 安全作业守则，对个人安全负责，杜绝安全事故发生。 Abide by JE site safety operating protocols, take full accountability for personal safety and prevent safety incidents.
