Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA with a focus on Spain and the UK
• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on standard HR matters
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations team on disciplinary and grievance cases
• Draft HR documentation in line with local employment legislation
• Support compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews and bonus cycles
• Coordinate performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
• Ensure compliance with Spain and UK employment law
• Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting requirements
• Produce HR dashboards and identify trends to support decision-making
• Support HR projects and regional initiatives ensuring delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with HR functions and business units to drive adoption of HR initiatives
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and policy implementation
• Assist with organizational change activities including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions
