Key responsibilities - Support the end-to-end recruiting process (specifically for april Pro and high volume recruitment), including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management - Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles - Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams - Gather and organize feedback from interviewers to support hiring decisions - Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system - Assist with developing creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent Experience - 2-4 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience - Experience in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment is a major plus - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-building approach - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Familiarity with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms, Ashby is a plus! - Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn - Passion for building amazing and collaborative teams - Located within EST timezone About april april is the only embedded, year-round tax platform built to power smarter financial decisions.
