If you're passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences, enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments, we'd love to hear from you. ### What you'll do - Design engaging and user-centred experiences for **mobile applications and web platforms**. - Create **wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs** using **Figma**. - Participate in iterative design processes, rapidly incorporating feedback and refining solutions. - Critically evaluate design approaches and proactively suggest alternative solutions when appropriate. - Adapt designs to meet each client's unique business goals and user needs. - Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers throughout the product lifecycle. - Present and defend design concepts to clients, clearly communicating design decisions and recommendations. - Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all digital products. ### What we're looking for - Previous professional experience in UX/UI Design is a strong plus. - Strong proficiency with **Figma**. - A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects for both **mobile and web applications**. - Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design thinking. - Dynamic, proactive, and highly organised profile with **excellent critical thinking skills.** - Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments with tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients. - Fluency in **English**, both written and spoken (Mandatory). - Availability to undertake a Professional Internship (Estágio Profissional) is valued, but not mandatory.
