Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for creative and non-technical US roles including UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Content Creators, Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing professionals
- Source and screen candidates across job boards and social platforms
- Manage end-to-end US staffing requirements
- Engage candidates effectively throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers and stakeholders
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in US staffing or recruiting
- Experience recruiting for creative and non-technical roles
- Strong sourcing and screening skills across job boards and social platforms
- Experience working on US staffing requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
