This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Brand Designer & Web Developer based in India.
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled design leader to define and scale a modern brand identity across digital and physical experiences.
This role combines brand strategy, visual design, web development, and storytelling to create impactful experiences that support business growth.
You will take ownership of the entire brand ecosystem, from foundational design systems to customer-facing websites and marketing assets.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable crafting compelling visuals, building web experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will play a key role in shaping how the brand is perceived while creating scalable processes that enable teams to move faster.

### Accountabilities:
The Lead Brand Designer & Web Developer will own the evolution, consistency, and execution of the brand across all channels. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, technical web development skills, and strong collaboration with marketing and business teams.
- Build and evolve a distinctive brand identity, including visual systems, guidelines, logo applications, and scalable design frameworks.
- Design and deliver creative assets across multiple formats, including websites, marketing materials, social content, presentations, illustrations, event materials, and physical merchandise.
- Design, develop, and maintain modern, interactive web experiences using Webflow, including page structures, animations, and responsive layouts.
- Establish and maintain design systems and processes that ensure brand consistency as the organization grows.
- Edit, animate, and package video content into polished marketing and communication assets.
- Partner with marketing teams to create campaign visuals and experiences that support business goals and customer engagement.
- Manage the design request process, ensuring clear prioritization, realistic timelines, and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as strategic design partners, helping translate ideas and business needs into effective creative solutions.
- Apply AI-powered tools thoughtfully to improve design workflows, increase efficiency, and accelerate creative production while maintaining strong creative judgment.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve brand experiences.
## Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines strong brand design expertise with web development capabilities and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment. You should have experience building brands, creating digital experiences, and collaborating with marketing teams to deliver measurable impact.
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand design, visual design, or related creative roles, including experience supporting marketing teams internally or within an agency environment.
- Proven experience creating and scaling brand identities from concept through implementation, including logo, visual systems, and brand guidelines.
- Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing production websites using Webflow.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and polished video content.
- Strong understanding of digital, print, and physical brand applications.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, web, and motion design work across multiple formats.
- Ability to combine creative storytelling with strong visual execution and technical understanding.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and other business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work independently.
- Interest in SaaS products, technology, and building brands in fast-growing environments.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and emerging creative technologies is a plus.
