Job Description

We are seeking a senior Java Full Stack Engineer for a 6-month W2 contract role based in Charlotte, NC (hybrid). The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on senior developer with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, solid experience building and integrating APIs, and some exposure to AI within a financial/banking environment. This is a W2-only engagement; C2C arrangements will not be considered.

Requirements

  • Senior-level hands-on Java development experience
  • Strong expertise with Spring Boot framework
  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
  • Some exposure to AI/ML tools or integration in enterprise applications
  • Prior experience in the financial services or banking domain
  • Must be authorized to work on W2 basis only (no C2C/Corp-to-Corp)
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC
