The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Windows endpoints, BYOD environments, and modern device management practices. You will work closely with IT infrastructure, security, and endpoint engineering teams to develop scalable device management strategies that improve security, compliance, and user experience across the organization. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows device lifecycle management, policy deployment, endpoint security, and automation. The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing endpoint management while ensuring devices remain secure, compliant, and efficiently managed. ### Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions using Microsoft Intune. - Configure and manage device enrollment for Windows devices, corporate-owned devices, and BYOD environments. - Create, deploy, and troubleshoot configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device restriction policies. - Develop and implement application deployment strategies using Microsoft Intune and Windows management tools. - Configure and manage Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning and lifecycle management. - Implement endpoint security policies including encryption, antivirus, firewall, conditional access, and compliance controls. - Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure endpoint management aligns with organizational security standards. - Monitor device health, compliance status, and operational performance while proactively resolving endpoint issues. - Automate repetitive administration tasks using PowerShell and other scripting technologies. - Perform software packaging, deployment, updates, and patch management across enterprise environments. - Troubleshoot complex device management issues involving enrollment, synchronization, application deployment, and policy conflicts. - Support migration initiatives from legacy device management platforms to Microsoft Intune. - Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks. - Provide technical guidance and best practices to internal teams regarding endpoint management and security. ### Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. - 7–14 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management or Mobile Device Management. - Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune administration and configuration. - Experience managing Windows endpoints in enterprise environments. - Deep understanding of BYOD implementation and modern device management concepts. - Strong knowledge of Windows device provisioning, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management. - Experience configuring device compliance policies, Conditional Access, and security baselines. - Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and Azure AD device enrollment. - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and endpoint administration. - Experience troubleshooting complex endpoint management and device compliance issues. - Familiarity with enterprise security practices, identity management, and endpoint protection solutions. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ### Must-Have Skills - Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Enterprise Mobility Management - Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager - Windows device management - BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) management - Windows Autopilot - Device enrollment and lifecycle management - Compliance policies and configuration profiles - Conditional Access - Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID) - PowerShell scripting - Endpoint security - Application deployment and patch management ### Good-to-Have Skills - Windows administration - Microsoft Intune advanced administration - Microsoft Entra ID - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint - SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager) - Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) - Microsoft 365 administration - Group Policy (GPO) - Microsoft Graph API - Endpoint analytics - Cloud security best practices - ITIL processes and enterprise support methodologies ### Preferred Attributes - Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Endpoint Manager certifications are highly desirable. - Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with thousands of managed devices. - Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and modern workplace technologies. - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams. - Excellent documentation, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering secure and scalable endpoint management solutions.
