- Develop MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit. - Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs. - Perform clash detection using Navisworks. - Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation. - Update models based on design revisions and site changes. - Support LOD 300/400 modeling requirements. ### Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling. - Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks. - Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting modeling. - Ability to prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs. - Understanding of BIM standards, LOD 300/400, and clash detection. - Good knowledge of construction drawings and MEP systems. - Ability to coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and site teams. - Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. - BIM certification preferred. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
