Job Description
Microlink Solutions is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to join the IT team at its Shela Campus in Ahmedabad. The role covers L1 desktop support, ticketing-based issue resolution, and end-user technical assistance across a range of hardware and network systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 desktop support to end users
- Log, track, and resolve issues through the ticketing system
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops
- Support and maintain printers and CCTV systems
- Assist with LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues
- Communicate clearly with end users to understand and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in desktop/IT support
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and L1 desktop support
- Working knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and LAN/Wi-Fi
- Willingness to work on-site at Shela Campus, Ahmedabad
