Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists
• Analyze campaign data and optimize for ROI and conversion
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively
• Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign assets
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform changes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory role
• Strong hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
• Experience managing paid campaigns with significant monthly budgets
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Excellent communication and team management skills
