Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor the marketing team across SEO, PPC, social media, and content
• Oversee brand positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor marketing KPIs and ROI across all channels
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership team on growth initiatives
• Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in digital marketing including SEO, PPC, and content strategy
• Experience in the IT/technology services industry preferred
• Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through marketing
• MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
