Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages
• Track social media analytics and report on campaign performance
• Collaborate with design and content teams for visual and written content
• Research industry trends and suggest new content ideas

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management
• Proven track record of growing brand accounts
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
• Experience in the IT or tech industry is preferred
