Job Description
ServiceNow SAM Developer role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow SAM solutions
- Collaborate with ITSM and security teams to ensure software asset compliance
- Design and implement Integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP
- Utilize GlideRecord, Flow Designer, and Import Sets for data transformations
- Maintain CMDB relationships and Discovery patterns
Requirements
- Proven experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and Software Asset Management
- Hands-on experience with GlideRecord, Flow Designer, Import Sets, Transform Maps
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
- Knowledge of ITAM/ITSM processes and Snow License Manager
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
