Job Description
Ninja Technolabs is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer (Python) on a freelance/contract basis to join a remote engineering team. The role involves owning full stack delivery across backend Python services and frontend interfaces, working closely with cross-functional teams during IST evening/night hours to align with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end full stack development using Python and modern frontend frameworks
- Architect, design, and review scalable backend services and APIs
- Mentor and guide developers on best coding and architectural practices
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality, performance, and timely delivery of features
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of full stack development experience with strong Python expertise
- Proven experience leading development teams or projects
- Strong command of English communication, written and verbal
- Ability to work 8 hours daily, 5 days a week, during 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST
- Immediate joiner or notice period up to 15 days preferred
