Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using ServiceNow App Engine
• Build scalable workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Develop custom forms, tables, UI Builder pages, and Workspaces
• Create client-side and server-side solutions using ServiceNow scripting
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support
• Conduct code reviews and ensure ServiceNow development best practices
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 6+ years overall experience with a minimum of 3-4 years in ServiceNow App Engine
• Hands-on expertise in App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• Strong knowledge of UI Builder, Workspaces, and Service Catalog
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Spokes
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• ServiceNow CSA & CAD certifications preferred
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
