Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer Trainee to join our development team. Freshers with strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot (Backend) and Flutter (Frontend) are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to work on real-world applications and gain practical industry experience. Stipend will be provided during the training period, and immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates with strong project portfolios and practical development experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Build responsive and user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions
Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues
Work with databases for data storage and management
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
Assist in application deployment and maintenance

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Flutter, and Dart through academic, personal, internship, or freelance projects
Basic understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
Knowledge of Git and version control systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment
Preferred: Knowledge of Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, or Microservices
Preferred: Experience with Firebase and third-party API integrations
Preferred: Understanding of mobile app deployment processes
Preferred: Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment concepts
