Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications
• Delegate, mentor, and own architecture and delivery decisions as Technical Lead
• Integrate front-end and back-end systems and troubleshoot contract/API issues
• Build and ship large-scale products using Agile methodologies
• Implement sustainable engineering practices including automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring/alerting
• Own front-end architecture, delivery, and hands-on technical execution
• Establish code quality standards through code reviews, maintainable patterns, and testing expectations
• Partner with product owners, designers, and backend teams for end-to-end delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• 2+ years of experience with Java framework principles
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead (delegation, mentoring, architecture, delivery ownership)
• Strong ability to integrate front-end and back-end systems and troubleshoot contract issues
• Experience building and shipping large-scale products using Agile methodologies
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring/alerting practices
