Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-grade Machine Learning models at scale
• Develop predictive analytics, risk models, and statistical models
• Design and implement NLP pipelines and text classification systems
• Develop and integrate LLM-based applications for unstructured text analysis
• Apply Explainable AI techniques (SHAP, LIME, or similar) to model outputs
• Leverage Databricks and Snowflake for large-scale data processing
• Solve complex business problems using Operations Research methods including Linear Programming (LP), Integer Programming (IP), Mixed Integer Programming (MIP), CPLEX, and Gurobi
• Process and analyze large-scale structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets
• Deploy and monitor models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ensure compliance with Data Governance and PII Handling standards
• Manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines including CI/CD, model deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development environments

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Data Science or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Spark
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning models
• Expertise in Predictive Analytics, Risk Modeling, and Statistical Modeling
• Strong experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Classification
• Experience with LLM Applications and unstructured text analysis
• Knowledge of Explainable AI techniques (SHAP, LIME, or similar)
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with Operations Research and Optimization: LP, IP, MIP, CPLEX or Gurobi
• Experience working with large-scale structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets
• Experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of Data Governance and PII Handling
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, Model Deployment, and Monitoring
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Preferred: Domain experience in Claims Analytics, Insurance Risk Modeling, Fraud Analytics, Incident Prediction, Severity Modeling, or Hospitality/Travel Industry Analytics
