Key Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner to the Sales function and business stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation
• Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and labour law requirements
• Drive stakeholder management and communication across departments
• Support recruitment, employee relations, and performance management for aligned business units

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
• Prior experience supporting Sales teams from an HR perspective
• Hands-on experience with payroll management
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
