Job Description
Param Dairy Limited, a leading manufacturer and exporter of milk and milk products, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Head Office team in Delhi. The role partners closely with sales and business leadership to drive HR strategy, manage payroll operations, and ensure statutory compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as HR Business Partner to the Sales function and business stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and labour law requirements
- Drive stakeholder management and communication across departments
- Support recruitment, employee relations, and performance management for aligned business units
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
- Prior experience supporting Sales teams from an HR perspective
- Hands-on experience with payroll management
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
