Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer/closure
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, Boolean search, and internal databases
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US-based clients/hiring managers
• Negotiate rates and manage candidate onboarding documentation
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in US IT Recruitment preferred
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle and common IT technologies
• Willingness to work US shift hours (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST)
