This role is ideal for a collaborative developer who combines technical expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills. ### Accountabilities: As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and support a suite of business applications that improve workflow automation, data management, and operational visibility. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure applications remain efficient, secure, and aligned with organizational needs. - Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. - Build and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and automated workflows from initial requirements through deployment. - Design solutions supporting records management, conference requests, standard operating procedures, and related business processes. - Configure workflow automation, approval processes, task routing, notifications, audit trails, and role-based access controls. - Manage application lifecycle activities, including updates, maintenance, enhancements, and operational support. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, transparency, and compliance through effective information management practices. - Create reporting and analytics capabilities, including dashboards and data export solutions. - Configure SharePoint environments as structured repositories with metadata, libraries, and permissions. - Collaborate directly with business stakeholders through requirements gathering, demonstrations, and milestone reviews. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and iterative delivery. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions and the ability to transform business requirements into user-friendly applications.
