You should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in application development or related technical roles. - US Citizenship required. - Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent US-recognized education required. - Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate workflows end-to-end. - Experience designing intake processes, approval workflows, notifications, and automated routing solutions. - Experience configuring SharePoint as a structured document repository, including metadata, libraries, and permissions. - Familiarity with Microsoft Forms and integration with Power Automate. - Ability to create polished and user-friendly interfaces for executive and non-technical users. - Experience working in agile development environments. - Strong stakeholder communication skills, including requirements gathering and solution demonstrations. - Knowledge of Power BI dashboard development and Power Platform data integrations is a plus. - Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI solutions is preferred. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing capabilities, Azure infrastructure, ALM, Azure DevOps, Git, APIs, or third-party integrations is a plus. - Prior experience supporting government or federal environments is preferred. ## Benefits: - Competitive salary range of $74,000 to $124,000 depending on skills, experience, training, and qualifications. - Fully remote work opportunity. - Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance. - Personal and family sick time. - Company-paid holidays. - Potential discretionary incentive bonus. - Parental leave and adoption assistance. - 401(k) retirement plan. - Basic and supplemental life insurance. - Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options. - Short-term and long-term disability coverage. - Student loan repayment support. - Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities. - Skills development programs and certification support. - Employee referral program. - Company-sponsored events and community outreach initiatives. - Emergency backup childcare program. - Mobility stipend.
