As a Power Platform Developer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions, automating workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring high-quality implementations that align with business objectives and best practices. ### Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Configure, customize, and integrate Accela solutions to support permitting, licensing, inspections, and other business processes. - Develop automated workflows and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. - Build and maintain integrations between Power Platform, Accela, and other enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and data services. - Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance. - Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable business insights. - Ensure application security, governance, and compliance with organizational standards. - Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides for developed applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution delivery, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. ### What Makes You a Great Fit - 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development with strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Proven experience working with Accela implementations, configuration, customization, or integration projects. - Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and integration techniques. - Experience developing workflow automation, business process optimization, and enterprise applications. - Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, SQL, REST APIs, or related technologies used for Power Platform and Accela integrations. - Knowledge of data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development for business analytics. - Understanding of security, governance, and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality digital solutions that drive business transformation.
